A mixed Interval workout - guided high intensity intervals, finishes with a simple set of 30:30 intervals. Music is a deep house mix I produced.
Tabata Workout (4 minutes)
a single 4 minute track of textbook tabata interval drills that I produced. Track contains some voice and uses sound effects, so listen carefully! Research has shown this interval method to be sufficient when in a pinch for time!
