I know I’m not the only person who sees these glowing, perfect organic skinny people eating greens all day and just doesn’t get it.
Exercising, group classes and even personal trainers (gasp!) aren’t the answer either.
You need someone to catch the nuances specific to your body… you don’t need someone to just yell at you for an hour. And FYI – your trainer is throwing back donuts in the break room. Trust me, I’ve worked with hundreds of them.

How your Body Looks on the Outside comes from Nutrition, your nutrition is affected by your habits and Mindset, both of which could also be affected by your unique Hormones & BioChemistry. Most diets & exercise programs will never address your unique individuality with their one-size-fits all cookie cutter programs.
You probably think you can’t lose weight because you’re not on the right diet, or you’re not exercising enough.
But more likely than not, you have hidden challenges holding you back from reaching your true potential.
While my business card says that I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN), Holistic Health Coach, and recognized fitness and wellness expert with a degree in Psychology, all you really need to know is that I integrate fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes into personalized programs to change lives and make badass sexy bodies.
So I know for a fact that it’s not your fault that you’re stuck.
Because you’ve been following all of the conventional advice. But conventional diet & exercise advice only focus on small parts of a bigger picture.
You don’t need another diet.
You need a holistic approach to meeting your fitness goals. And you need someone to compassionately kick your ass into gear.
I’m not going to yell at you and make you feel bad for drinking wine.
(Because I’m actually enjoying a hearty California Cabernet right now.)
But I will call you out. Not to put you down, though. I’m here lift you up, show you what your body really needs, and remind you to be nice to yourself.
I had to figure this out on my own many years ago, when I was a young recently divorced trainer, entering my first fitness competition and clueless about how to optimize my nutrition and mind for “peak sexiness” (how else does a girl want to re-enter the dating scene?)
But you don’t have to do it all on your own.
It’s your turn to get used to thinking “Hell-Yeah” when you walk by a mirror. It’s your turn to feel flawless, inside and out!
